The sole developer of Juniper Hill is Allgreen Properties Limited (“Allgreen” in short). It is owned by The Kuok Group and was incorporated in 1986, listed in Singapore Stock Exchange but subsequently de-listed in 2011 due to merger and acquisition.

It is recognized as one of the largest property development company in Singapore, with strong reputation of top notch delivery works and track record of fast take-up rate during its residential project launches.

Just in Singapore alone, its portfolio spanned from residential, commercial, retail malls, Grade-A offices, hotels as well as service apartment. This includes the famous Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Hotel Jen at Tanglin, Tanglin Mall, Tanglin Place, and Great World City, which is their flagship development that comprises of mall, service apartments and offices.
